WOBURN, Mass. — A 1-year-old boy found unresponsive while in his babysitter’s care in Woburn has died, FOX25 has learned.
FOX25 began looking into the story after a concerned viewer reached out to us on Facebook.
The investigation began as a medical call for an unresponsive 1-year-old boy named Noah at an apartment on Kilby Street. FOX25 has confirmed the child was in the care of a babysitter, who was a family friend.

Sources told FOX25 his twin sister, Eme is at Boston Children’s Hospital undergoing medical evaluation.
FOX25 obtained the call log that shows a medical call came in just after 3 p.m. on Monday for an unresponsive 1-year-old. Records show he was breathing at the time.
